Q: What format are the worksheets in?

A: All worksheets are in PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat reader to be able to view them. This free software can be easily downloaded from http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Q: Can I save the worksheets to my computer?

A: Yes, all worksheets can be saved to your computer and printed as many times as you like.

Q: I have registered but can not log in?

A: Some internet browsers work differently to others, please try using Internet Explorer and see if this resolves the problem. If not then send us an email and we will investigate further.

Q: Can I submit my own artwork to be included in new worksheets?

A: Definitely, to submit art work for including into one of the worksheets, please save it as a JPG image and send upload it here.

Q: I forgot my password and am not getting a password reminder email?

A: Check your spam folder in case the email got sent there. If still not present then it is likely that you have entered the wrong username. Send us an email and we would be happy to retrieve your correct details for you.

Q: How often are worksheets added?

A: On average, about 20 worksheets are added each week. When viewing the worksheets check the "Last Update" date to see when new worksheets were added. Also, new worksheets are highlighted with New!! next to them.

Q: Is it possible to request a type of worksheet to be added?

A: Definitely, just send an email to customerservice@wondrousworksheets.com with any suggestions and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you want something then chances are that other people will want the same thing too!
